These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made via k2hand.eu, operated from Finland.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales of second-hand physical goods (e.g. music CDs, vinyl records, collectibles) to consumers residing within the European Union or European Economic Area.
We do not sell or ship to consumers outside the EU/EEA.
Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are governed by separate agreements.
3. Product Information and Condition
All items are used (second-hand) unless otherwise stated.
We describe product condition honestly and include representative photos.
Minor wear consistent with normal use is expected.
Significant defects are disclosed clearly in each listing.
All goods comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 and are safe for normal intended use.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We may apply the VAT Margin Scheme (Directive 2006/112/EC and Finnish VAT Act), meaning VAT is included but not shown separately on the invoice.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed only by persons aged 18 years or older.
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information.
We accept payment via credit card.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is completed.
6. Delivery
We ship from Finland to addresses within the EU/EEA only.
Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.
You will receive a tracking link where available.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

8. Legal Guarantee and Defects
All products, including used goods, are covered by a one-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Chapter 5 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
If an item is defective, you are entitled to:
- Free repair or replacement; or
- If not possible, an appropriate price reduction or refund.
Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering a defect, and no later than two months after discovery.
Normal wear and age-related deterioration of used goods are not considered defects.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where required by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU or Finnish law.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
If you are a consumer residing in an EU or EEA Member State, you may bring any legal proceedings relating to these Terms:
- In the courts of your country of residence, or
- In the courts of Finland, if you prefer.
If you reside in Finland, any dispute will be heard by the District Court of your domicile, in accordance with Chapter 12 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
We respect your rights under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast), which guarantees consumers access to their local courts within the EU/EEA.
13. Language of Contract and Translations
The language of this website, our customer service, and all contracts is English.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept communication in English.
As our store expands, we may offer localized versions of these Terms and customer information in other EU languages.
Where a localized version is published, that version will govern for consumers resident in the corresponding country.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or business practice.
The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
